Read this before you make your next decision

Today, you will make a series of decisions that influence the unfolding of your life. 

 

Here's how to choose the best option every time:

Clarity comes from feeling, not thought.

 

Our bodies are a much more powerful tool for decision-making than our minds.

 

When I am faced with a decision, I do my best to cut through the mental chatter with a deep breath in, a hand on my heart and belly, and an intention to be guided to truth.

 

Does this feel right?

 

Then, I allow my body to answer. A “yes” in my body feels expansive, light, and energetic. A “no” feels clenched, contracted, and tight.

 

Then, my work is to validate what my body has communicated, and follow through - even, and especially, if it sounds crazy.

 

Decisions become less difficult when we shift out of the chaos of the mind and into the wisdom of our bodies.
